This
commemorative site depicts the journey Culinary Team Canada travelled
from its inception in 1997 until its grand finale at ScotHot 2001.
It is dedicated to the chef members who devoted five years and
countless hours representing Canada in the international arena,
to the support members across Canada who made the journey easier
in so many ways, to the coaches from whom we learned so much,
and to the volunteers, patrons and sponsors who so generously
and willingly supported us.
