The Road To Gold
Culinary Team Alberta will maintain and foster, through its activities, a vigorous and dynamic presence in both the provincial, national and international culinary arena to the benefit of its supporters and products from Alberta and all of Canada.
It will cultivate a regional gold medal-ranked team to compete at the World Culinary Olympics in 2008, and will ensure that Alberta, through its chefs and hospitality industry, perpetuates its international reputation for excellence.
